TAWONGA DISTRIBUTION & IMPORTS RETURN POLICY

WHAT can be returned?
We are happy to consider a refund of returned items for an in-store credit for items that are damaged in shipping or may qualify as a warranty claim.  We do not offer refunds for change of mind or mistaken orders, please choose carefully.  Return shipping charges are at the buyers expense, and any shipping charges incurred due to change of mind or mistaken orders will be deducted from the in-store credit.  Any items returned must be in the original packaging and ready to be resold.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Notification of a return must be within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
